In order to access the discount portal, you need to log in. If you are accessing the portal for the first time, please register for new account by entering unique code provided by your company.
Terms and Conditions
- Discounts are available only at business.sharafdg.com & not on online marketplace and Sharaf DG stores.
- Prices cannot be compared to Sharaf DG marketplace products.
- Discounts vary for different product categories except a few.
- Product delivery time may vary according to stock availability. Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to do so, as long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact.
- In case we receive a cancellation notice by the customer and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
